'Hope Don't Float' | Alexandria, VA

One of my favorite shots and moments. Not too long before this shot was taken the weather was wild ... there was wind, rain, and fog. Soon after that the weather broke and out of nowhere a rainbow appeared. Kind of a 'secret' spot for me in the DC area, I hold this photograph near and dear to my heart.
